Hello, what happens if you are late on your Chapter 13 trustee payment.

This typically depends upon your Trustee. What does your plan say?

Thanks for your response. I don’t see anything about missed payments instead I edited it on tfs from the first of the month for payment too the 15.

If you keep paying late, the Trustee will eventually file a Motion to Dismiss for noncompliance. If it's just one payment, they likely won't say anything. If you do this repeatedly they will certainly move for dismissal.
