Since you have not mentioned anything about your situation, here are some possibilities:
Option A:
1. You obtained a discharge in a Chapter 7 that was filed less than 4 years prior to you filing a Chapter 13.
2. As a result, you are not eligible for a Chapter 13 discharge.
3. You have completed all payments under the Chapter 13 Plan.
4. You case is being closed without a discharge due to ineligibility.
Option B:
You are entitled to a Discharge but have failed to file the pre-discharge financial management course certificate. If this option is correct you will want to take that second class and get the certificate filed before the case is closed so that you can get your discharge.
Congratulations dixon10, given how badly I screwed up after my Chapter 13 discharge three years ago, and given my subsequent success, I can speak somewhat authoritatively on what to do next: https://www.bkforum.com/forum/after-...uilding-credit
Chapter 13 (not 100%):
Burned: AMEX, Chase, Citi, Wells Fargo, and South County Bank cum Bank of Southern California
