I hope someone can answer my question. I had to declare bankruptcy 8 years ago, and it lifted such a weight off of my shoulders. When I filed I included my house, but I have continued to pay the mortgage, and am still living there. Unfortunately, after Covid, I am going to have to file again. My business had to be closed for a while, and I had to live on credit cards. My question is... since I included my house in my first bankruptcy, will I have to include it again. I did not reaffirm it the first time, I just kept paying payments. I can't believe I am in this position again.... but this to shall pass....
