My trustee made several late payments to my creditors and for some reason they took it upon their selves to add late payments to my credit report. I have around 6 creditors that have done this, i have filed deputes but can not get this resolved. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks

This doesn't make sense, I do not believe there is such a thing as a "late payment" to any creditor once you've filed a Chapter 13. What does your attorney say about this?Chapter 13 (not 100%):- Burned: AMEX, Chase, Citi, Wells Fargo, and South County Bank cum Bank of Southern California
- Filed: 26-Feb-2015
- MoC: 01-Mar-2015

I have an embarrassing amount of creditors in my 13 getting paid nowhere close to the old minimum payment and not a single one has done this. So this sounds very wrong.
Did the original loan/credit card bank get charged off to a collection agency like Portfolio, Midland, etc. before you filed the 13 and the original creditor is showing lates? If that is the case, then it is reporting properly since the debt belongs to someone else now. It will eventually fall off 7 years after the date of last payment. Only the current debt collector as of filing and any future owners of the debt is no longer allowed to report. And disputing it to the credit report agency in this situation won't help.
