I'm in a BK-13 and I just wanted to let everyone know that my student loans were forgiving. I didn't even know until I went on MyFedloan and saw that all my loans were paid in full. Oh, happy day!!!

Did your attorney take steps to actually have them discharged? I ask because, at least earlier this year, a debtor was still required to file an adversary proceeding (aka a complaint or AP) to discharge student loans. That means that the attorney filed to have the court declare the student debt an undue hardship.
Many people ask about this and that's why I'm asking you. It could help others who will follow and want to discharge student loan debt.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
