Question about non secured debt in Texas

Have to buy a new car here in Texas. Cant afford both a new car and my current bills with the cost of living at the moment.

Question is this, if I stop paying all my non secured debt, credit cards and personal loan, total around $25,000 total what are the collection options for these creditors?

Couldn’t I deposit my payroll check every two weeks into my spouses bank account to avoid my salary from being taken?

if I just ride out the collection process I can avoid filing bankruptcy all together. I have no assets other than a new car I’m going to
finance before I stop paying for everything else, that will be probably a 72 month loan. Have no savings, do not own a home.

I’m in a major bind here.

You want to be very thoughtful on how you go about stopping paying the banks.

perhaps this book can help. It appears to be free online ... or maybe its limited view. May spark some ideas
