Adversary Case and Chapter 13 Self-Dismissal

You may need to read my introduction to see the history on my case.

My question is whether any related adversary cases attached to a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy will automatically go away if the Debtor self dismisses?

That's a procedural question. I had a case that was discharged, but the closing didn't happen until the adversary was completed and closed. This is a question only for a qualified bankruptcy attorney. I read your other question and since this is inter-related with domestic support obligations from a divorce, I'd double make sure any advice came from a bankruptcy attorney.

The reason I say this, is that if you're trying to say they violated the Chapter 13 Plan or a DSO required under the Chapter 13 Plan as a creditor, your dismissal may make the adversary proceeding moot. I say that only as a layperson and you really need a bankruptcy attorney to review the affect of this on any pending litigation.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

Any advice provided is not legal advice, but simply the musings of a fellow bankrupt.
