Excellent 'Bankruptcy Visuals' for BK7, 11, and 13

I found a great site www.bankruptcyvisuals.com that shows the bankruptcy process in a top level , flow chart view.

It cross references law and bk rules. Very cool!

Creative common license allows for reposting and sharing.

So here are the direct download links

Further notes on this visual overview

Notice the large 'd' in the flowchart? This means dismiss. These are the landmines that result in you not getting a discharge. You want to be diligent to avoid these sequence of events or the BK is for nothing!

For example, a lot of 'd' is related to failure to file certain things by a date. You see these early on in the process of the flowchart.

But others are actions the creditors or trustees or other parties can take to induce a dismiss. It would be wise to read up on the laws and rules that allow these procedures.

So some things are within your power (dont pay fee, dont file stuff in time), others not so much

(disclaimer: these are just my opinions, i am not a lawyer, etc ... also dont eat too many cheeseburger)

Actually, i got it wrong. the 'd' appears to be for deadline. And missing them leads to jeopardy of case
