    extra money

I have completed paying off my debts but I am still paying. I have now accumulated $1600 but have to continue paying for another 4 months at $270 each month. I do have other creditors but my attorney says they are 0% accounts. So what will happen to the extra money? Will those 0% creditors be changed to reimbursable accounts?

There is no way to tell what your attorney means by 0% creditors. An unsecured creditor's claim is either allow or not allowed. Unless you're in a 100% plan and the creditor's claims were disallowed, a Chapter 13 requires you to continue to pay your disposable monthly income (DMI) into the plan until the end of the plan duration. Be advised that you may be paying attorney fees and other priority debt and is why you continue to pay.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

You are right Justbroke; I am still paying attorney and trustee fees.
