Technically you should ask your attorney if that's required based on your plan and the procedures in your District.
The basics: your roommate's income is not your income when it comes to your bankruptcy. To the extent that a roommate offsets (pays/shares) some of the expenses, that could affect your allowed expenses. Likewise, your roommates expenses are not your expenses. The only thing that really matters is whether the roommate offsets any of your claimed expenses.
Specifically, a roommate may be "offsetting" your costs such as the amount you pay for rent and utilities. These may need to be adjusted. However, some Chapter 13 Trustees (and districts) don't care what happens after confirmation, so long as it's not significant. Whether or not that is the case here is unknown.
If this does happen, it's best to bounce this question off your attorney for advice, especially since many of these things are debtor-specific (and quite possibly trustee-specific).
