So, while on the subject of Pacer and Closing; I've finally gotten into Pacer (thanks sophieanne), and my case says, "Pending status: Awaiting Closing".
I'm not sure I've seen that particular status on my case prior to today; hopefully my case will close soon after Proudpops79.
