Hi All. I checked Pacer today and I see that "ORDER DISCHARGING DEBTOR AFTER COMPLETION OF CHAPTER 13 PLAN" was filed today. Does this mean that I should be getting my discharge papers soon? If so this is way quicker then the 20 weeks that I was expecting. Any information would be helpful.

Yes, that is your discharge. You don't have to wait for the mail. You should be able to download the order on PACER.

Thanks for responding. When I made my last payment the first letter I received said it would take 20 weeks. Couldn't figure out why and I'm so glad it didn't take that long.Comment
