I built the home that I live in that is now in foreclosure. I paid for all of the appliances that are in the home. Can I sell the appliances before I vacate the house?

When you say "appliances" what are you talking about? The washer/dryer? The stand alone refrigerator? Or, are you talking about that built in Viking oven or refrigerator? Big difference. If you damage the home by removing the built in item (range, oven, refrigerator HAVC unit etc.) you could have a problem.

When we left we sold our washer/dryer and refrigerator. Anything beyond that we felt was shady. We could have sold the dishwasher and range but it just wasn't our thing.Comment
