Why, in a foreclosure does the bank change attorney's so often?

It could be that different attorneys handle different stages of the process. It could be that the bank fired the attorney or the attorney fired the bank. There could be any number of reasons. I wouldn't waste the energy worrying about it.LadyInTheRed is in the black!
