It puts us in a better position to fight because after sending many many many documents to BOA over and over and over for a modification they then told us we didn't qualify and then suddenly transfred the servicing rights to Resurgent services. They didn't want us to qualify and refused to say why we did not qualify, thier a bunch of crooks.
