How does the Condo Assoc get involved?

My Ch7 was discharged a year ago, and I was entered into LisPend last week. (Miami)

I saw online at the County Clerk's website that my condo assoc is listed as one of the parties.

How is my Condo Assoc involved? Do they get served something too?

I am wondering when and if my neighbors will know my situation.
