Should I stop pay Home Owner Association after trustee sold house at auction?

HOA is current at the time trustee sold house at auction 11/27. Should I stop pay HOA begin this month December. Dec-7 I checked with county recorder office, the new owner not yet recorded with the county and the property tax is unpaid.

By all means save your money. The place is sold and the papers will indicate when once they are recorded. Are you still living in it? If not, a definite stop paying. 'Hub

the day the house sold...it's THEIRS and not yours. i wouldn't pay another cent.
