Upon checking courthouse records for the summary judgemnt , I came across a hearing date for Case Mgmt Conf . We have no notice of this yet. What is this about? BOA recently sent a copy of Mortgage Note, but no letter attached. No notice of Summary Judgement. We only get Loan Mod offers in mail. We plan to not fight as we are upside down by 100K.

It looks like a conference is being scheduled in your case. It may mean that the bank officials will meet to discuss what to do about your case, and that you either will be or won't be invited to attend. Here is a link to an article that explains a bit more about it:
