Renting Post-Forclosure

To all,

Would just like to ask if anyone has heard of or know of anyone who ended up renting their own home post forclosure? Fannie has info regarding the ability for forclosed people to be able to rent their own home post forclosure? My house according to zillow should rent for about $1600/month which would be awesome for 3 years while I built up enough to possible put down a good chunk of change for a new home.vvAnywho, any info would be great.

I just got some paperwork in the mail from BofA, gave me 3 choices, they will give $3000 to be out by end of Oct, or $2000 to be out by end of Nov, or rent at fair market value. We would like to rent and stay there a little while longer. I guess time will tell how it goes. According to the paperwork I got I can only stay in there until they sell it and I have to agree to keep it clean, etc.....which is no big deal.
