We got an overnighted letter from the attorney's office for Citimortgage and it states the foreclosure sale was cancelled! I knew she filed in time but I was still scared something would happen.

Phew. Now on to working out all the details of the chapter 13 and get through it!

i cannot tell you how lucky you are to have found such an excellent atty!!! i mean there are many out there, LOL...just finding one is sometimes a challenge.
