Can I rent house while waiting for foreclosure

We had to move out of state and now our house is empty. Can I rent the house while I am waiting for BOA to start foreclosure? I've had some neighbors contact me for friends looking for short term leases.

Generally yes...but, in your other thread you mentioned that your BK has not closed. As such, the house is still part of the BK estate. If the trustee catches wind that you rented it, he can demand that you turn over the rental income to the BK.
