Order of Dismissal of Bankruptcy in Foreclosure Case

Hope everyone is well. I have a quick inquiry.

I live in Orange County Florida.

In my ch7 BK case (filed and succesfully discharged), I included the mortgages on my house, which I let go into foreclosure. Just today the Final Judgement was granted and the sale date has been set. Also today a disposition was filed called "Copy of Order Dismissing Bankruptcy".

Is this simply the court dismissing the "stay" so that they can proceed on the sale. Or does this have other implications? I want to make sure that since this debt was discharged in the BK that I have no financial obligations on this debt.

That usually happens when one doesn't appear for hearings. Did you miss a hearing?
