General Forclosure Question

I know many states can be different but just want to know if once a house goes into the forclosure process (in particular Judicial states), does it wait in line so to say behind all the other forclsures in the area? or is it based on the lender / servicer? My mortgage is with Fannie Mae being serviced through 1s 2nd Mortgage of NJ. Does it also depend on the area how fast a forclosure can be? thanks all..

If not do so, you can go about 3 years if your file an answer, no answer and let them steam roll it will be quicker.
