May walk away from home in NJ during my CH13, anyone know what the process/timeline is? Heard its backed up, heard its accellerated. Thanks all.

I replied to your other thread, that you ought to search for threads/posts by Tobee43. They relocated to Florida from NJ, more than four years ago, and the house has not been foreclosed on. From what she has posted, the house is in pretty bad shape.

We know folks who haven't paid in three years.
There are lots of ways to stall. They've actually received a bunch of mods, haven't paid on any.
Go figure.
