What to do after redemption ends.

How do I make myself no longer liable for the home? Do I take the keys to the lender or sign something? Once the redemption ends I am no longer responsible for anything to do with the home correct?

What happens if I let them evict me?

    Thanks!

That is a question specific to your state's law.

I suppose there may be a mechanism to surrender your redemption right, but you would need to turn to your states foreclosure laws to find out.

But yes, "in general" if your state provides for a post, foreclosure, possessory redemption period (that is the legal phrase for, you can still live in the house after foreclosure and get it back if you can pay off the balance), when that period ends, you no longer own the home and have no rights to it, and will have no further liability for any issue regarding the house (e.g. HOA, property taxes, etc).
