I want to check for NOD recorded on my house. I don't know how and where to search for it. According to the lender they are not send NOD letter because I filed CH7. Sound like they are not using CA foreclosure process and is not apply for people who filed CH7. I am appreciate of any help on how to look for NOD recorded. I don't want to be lock out of the house, I want to prepare and looking for a rental place. Thank you.
