We haven't paid on husband's rental home since Sept 2010. Earlier this year we did receive a letter from BOA's attorney, and they have put notices on the home that they are taking physical possession. We have not heard anything since, and that was in Jan/Feb of this year.
We are filing this summer, just would LOVE to get this foreclosure done with!!!
