It is very sad that they lost the wire. I don't know what I would have done if my closing went any worse. I guess I would have started to pay the monthly mortgage again to protect my credit. It's just a mess and I can empathize with missing closing money!

I am sure if the seller could have afforded to pay the mortgage they wouldn't have had to short sell the house. That being the case I am sure they could not afford to pay rent and a mortgage payment.
This is a cautionary tale for those who short sell that things can come back years later that you thought were a done deal.Attorney Retained/Paid: 1-4-10

Too big to fail and too big to find your wire.
i just don't get how someone from b o a wasn't present for the closing in this type of situation! i know many are done via mail etc. but one can't be too careful nowadays.
i do think these poor people need to get an atty especially if your company can provide a copy of the federal reserve reference number and go after boa...poor people!8/4/2008 MAKE SURE AND VISIT Tobee's Blogs! http://www.bkforum.com/blog.php?32727-tobee43 and all are welcome to bk forum's Florida State Questions and Answers on BK http://www.bkforum.com/group.php?groupid=9
