    Judicial Foreclosure and - Non-Judicial

I recieved a letter from the Law firm on behalf of Wells Fargo
Stating that the LLP has been retained to initite forclosure proceeding to forclose on the mortgage of the properrty.....

In Minnisota their are two types of forclosure Judicial Foreclosure and - Non-Judicial Foreclosure Available

By having a law firm involved does this mean they have opted for Judical Foreclosure?

unfortunately not...it goes state by state.

here's a list of who is and who is not: http://www.bkforum.com/entry.php?398....-non-Judicial.

minnesota is actually both, as you stated, so it will depend on how and who is handling your situation.
an atty's involvement usually doesn't effect the way your bank handles the foreclosure. it may even be based on your county. i would ask your atty though what experiences they have had with wells fargo in your area.
