I'm tired of paying my HOA fees...the bank keeps on canceling the court dates for summary judgment in my ONGOING foreclosure case. If I eventually decide to stop paying the HOA and they get a judgment on me to put a lien on my house (which they can go ahead and do that), how long does the judgment stay on my credit report?

Can't answer your questions as it relates to the credit report, however, I think you need to be concerned with the collection of the judgment. The judgment will include all attorney's fees and associated costs. Whatever remedies your State provides to a judgment creditor to collect (garnish wages, garnish bank accounts etc.) may be utilized. It will probably be cheaper in the long run to pay the HOA until the property is foreclosed.
