Just looked at the county clerk's website and there was a Notice of Withdrawal for nonparticipation in the rmfm program. They filed a Notice of nonparticipation back in May but what's the withdrawl about?

With all these new requirements for Mediation before foreclosure, especially in Florida, it appears to be a procedural event. In this particular case, it appears the someone withdrew from the Mediation, and then, basically, want to withdraw that participation. I don't know the specifics, but did you not participate in the process or something?Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

I just checked my mail and I got a letter from the bar association. I guess it was filed in May because I did not answer their letters about mediation because I thought it was junk mail. But I tried to do a loan modification from March to June. The letter said withdrawl of nonparticipation because I was participating. I guess they view me as participating because I tried for a loan mod. Oh well, doesn't matter anyway as I am giving them back the house.Stopped paying creditors - August 2010....Filed chapter 7 - July 29, 2011....341 - September 2, 2011....DISCHARGED AND CLOSED - November 2, 2011

That reads as though that is the issue. First, no participation, and then the request for a modification. The modification is considered mediation.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
