Bank walk away

Hi..
my question is.if my home does not sell in foreclosure ./....what happens/ OR what happens when the BANK does the WALK AWAY????? Please help I am in OHIO

It hardly ever
sells" in foreclosure. The bank usually takes it back for the amount owed and then re-sells it, usually for less than the amount owed. If Ohio is a deficiency state, then they may come after you for the balance.
