anyone have "speedy" foreclosures in MI after BK? (BofA/CW)

Just wondering if anyone in MI has been through a relatively quick foreclosure here in Michigan.

we were discharged 2 years ago and have stayed and paid. I haven't made sept. payment yet and probably will just stop paying.

They've transferred my mortgage to GreenTree and I just want to be done.

I want to stay and save to move closer to work.

What kind of timeline am i looking at? i understand the typical timeline, just wondering about reallife experiences from u folks

hi, sorry I can't answer but just wanted to say HI and we are in same boat. Pretty much decided today to let it go and move closer to everything/rent.... Had a BK in 08, reaffirmed.... ah well.... se la vie
