Has anyone had their house listed on the Recon Trust website only to be removed days later?? Our house was listed for Sale on September 14th and we received like 10 letters from them telling us of the auction, then my wife called BOA and they said there was nothing in their system??? Then when I checked their website today the listing was gone....

Either it has been postponed, or more than likely the sale went through. Recontrust usually removes the listings the day after the sale date. Mine disappeared within hours after it went back to the bank. And I need to read your post more clearly, I thought it was 08/14. Since it was 09/14, it has probably been postponed, especially if you applied for a modification. -
Generally if it has been postponed it will list the new date. Call Recontrust to find out more information. Your county recorder's website might be able to tell you if the trustee's deed has been issued (i.e. foreclosed in a non-judicial foreclosure state.)Comment
