OK- so that has to be the worst title in history, but I am a bit confused. As I understand it this is the situation:
Bank was granted a summary motion of foreclosure-good news we just want this to be done with-house is vacant
Then we receive a notice that the county auditor needs more time to file a dispositive pre-trial motion because the property taxes haven't been delinquent for more than a year and haven't been published.
Will this delay foreclosure?
If not will it delay the sheriff sale?
Anybody familiar with this
