I'd like to do this as well, but I think my lender is going to be a PITA about it. They (Sovereign Bank) stated they don't offer C4K deals for foreclosures, only for DIL and Short Sale. So I asked, how do I convert my active foreclosure to a DIL? Answer was, you can't unless you try to do a short sale. Sorry, not wasting my time with that, since my Chapter 7 no asset BK will be discharged on August 1, what earthly reason would I have to go through the Hell on Earth of attempting Short Sale? I'm NOT sending my life story to them again to apply for that program.
