    What does this mean? Plaintiff's had Ben-Ezra and Kratz, Ben- Ezra and Kratz have filed a motion to be removed as counsel. Docket states nothing further other then counsel has requested to be withdraw for case.

    Wanted to add that the original plaintiff was Suntrust but they assigned my mortgage to Nationstar in middle of chapter 7 proceedings. So i'm confused on how this with play out... i found this information on the net will paste below: Just confused because plaintiff no longer has anything to do with me.

    Withdrawal is complete once ordered by the court. The former attorney must provide all legal papers in the case to the client and new counsel, and cooperate with new counsel. The court usually provides time for the client to obtain a new lawyer after granting a motion to withdraw.
