We are scheduled to have a bench trial in July for the foreclosure of the house we surrendered in bk. I am assuming if I don't show up then a judgment will be entered and the process moves on. I want this over asap as we are not there any longer. House is in Ohio-we are not.
Second question-if you leave stuff in the house is that a problem? I assume they just come in and have it all trashed? I'd like to avoid that possibility but if it can't be avoided I'm curious as to what happens.
Any idea how soon after the judge ok';s the foreclosure the sale is scheduled or is this just hit and miss depending on property, lender, area, etc?
