Anyone foreclosing with AHMSI- time frames?

We are filing 7 in a few weeks and will be letting home go. We have our first mortgage with AHMSI and our second with Citi. Just trying to get and idea about when we need to get moving on finding a rental.

We have AHMSI also for our first, but trying to figure out to walk or what to do.

Not in your state but been 1 year with no payments and two years out of a 7. Was served with FC papers last week and my lawyer says it will be 9-12 months before we need to leave if we decide or they decide we will not keep. AHMSi is our first and Citi on a second.
