Judgement was entered on April 20th, still no sign of a sheriff's auction...from what i've read, i'm thinking we're in the 6 month redemption period, so auction can't come til at least October (right?!) I've found a townhouse that i think i love...but i'm worried about my condo!! Should we stay and keep living rent free and hope we find something when we need to, or say screw it and leave??! Do we need to notify the mortgage company or their lawyers if we decide to leave? I know we still need to keep paying condo fees until the deed gets transferred, but other than that, i'm tired of waiting for D-Day!! But if we move, i'll be worried about the condo!! (seems like worrying will never end..)
