Got a notice today from realtor regarding our foreclosed home. Stated that home is now owned by fannie. "if renter can continue renting" and other may be eligiible to rent from fannie. i know fannie has the deed-in-lease program but that is before the foreclosure. Has anybody who was buying (not renting) been able to rent after the house was foreclosed on?? I appreciate your response.

Got in touch with the realtor today. Fannie Mae will not rent to former owners. They are offering cash for keys to move out within 6 weeks. And she stated that eviction proceedings will run concurrently *ouch*..Does anyone know how damaging this is?? Please help if you know or have dealt with this before.
