Has anyone participated in their state's Forceclosure Mediation Program? If so, what was your experience. I live in Delaware, Credit Capitol of the U.S.A., I am meeting with a Housing Counselor tomorrow who apparently is going to serve as a mediator between myself and Wells Fargo. I'm not getting my hopes up but curious to see their efforts and the outcome.
