Help please!!!!

Can someone please tell me what a "Notice of Filing of Action Begun by Scire Facias" is? What if anything we have to do in response in it? It is very confusing and gives no real direction or timeframe if we have to do anything at all.

Included in it was also a flyer about Foreclosure Mediation Program. Does this mean the state will work with us to help save our house?

The complaint we received was not served to us by the sheriff;s office. It was sent certified mail. It does not give any direction on how to respond to the complaint or a timeframe. It just describes the action take against us!
