I'm sure this has been asked before but has anybody worked out a settlement with their 2nd mortgage with both mortgages being held by the same company? My mortgages are with BAC (BofA) and was thinking about just stop paying the 2nd and see what happens, I had a ch.7 discharge this past Jan. Just wanting to know if anybody has done it with both mortgages being held by the same company, my house is not worth the 1st mortgage anymore.
