I've read through many posts and have a question, how long does one have to leave the house after a 341 hearing?
Boyfriends house not re-affirming
The original sale date was 04/04/11.
Chapter 7 BK filed on 03/28/11.
341 hearing is on 05/02/11 (Monday)
Trustee sale is scheduled for 05/04/11 (Wednesday)
When should he be ready to move out? The house is in Gresham, Oregon, non-judicial state and the lender is Wells Fargo.
By the way, did they need to send him another notice about the date change because they never did, I just found out by calling the trustee's automated system where you can check the date.
If anyone can clue us in, it would be really helpful. I know in Oregon they can file an eviction to have him move, but do they ask first before filing one? I've heard of cash for keys but don't really understand it.
Should we call Wells now before the 341?
