Special Notice

I am in my second year of Chapter 13 and several months ago I decided not pay my house payment. There are a couple of reasons but mostly because I have lost $1400 a month in wages since my chapter 13 plan was confirmed and my home is $140,000 under water and still dropping. Now I see that a Special Notice has been filed on my Pacer account asking for all my Bankruptcy filiings. This just showed up and its from an out of town attorney. This may be a stupid question but is this the beginning of a forclosure proceeding or something else.

The notice specifically asks that the attorney be added to the master mailing list for all notices mailed by the Court. This is most likely a precursor to the filing of a Motion for Relief From Stay by the lender to get the property out of the protection of the bk.
