I live in Florida & I'd like to know if bankruptcy discharges foreclosure liens on investment property? The investment was in raw land.

No bk does not discharge any kind of lien. If you are only in Judgment, it can (with additional work) dispose of a Judgment, but once that Judgment has entered a lien, it is there. It may be possible to have that removed but it would mean reopening your bankruptcy. It also means you "may" have to go into an AP (Adversary Procedure) to sue the lien holder.
