Interesting...don't understand it all but is sounds like the banks need to get their acts straightened up. I'm with BOA and also listed with MERS on my mortgage paperwork. I have no idea how long it will be until we fc...who knows! Twelve months since I last paid my mortgage and almost nothing has happened yet...

The Palm Beach Post is reporting that Fannie Mae has fired the prominent law firm of Ben-Ezra & Katz and found the firm’s founding partner, Marc Ben-Ezra, in contempt of court for filing “sham” foreclosure documents and “wasting the court’s time.”
