I received an interesting call today from a co-worker who told me how he had been to a friends house in Corona over the weekend. his friend had a big income reduction and had stopped paying his $200k b of A 2nd. I asked how long and what was b of A doing about it. well the friend stopped paying about a year ago, and he said B of A calls, but the guy just hangs up. his house is underwater on the 1st and 2nd

I have a second with BOA that was sold to Real Time Solutions about a year and a half after BANKRUPTCY, Real Time can't call or send letters since its discharged but I was told to send in an offer settlment of no less than 6% which for me is 2400$ so I am going to see what happens.
