We filed a 13 may 2009 switched to a 7 summer of 2010 and discharged Oct. 2010. We have a house that we were selling on land contract but when we were doing the 13 it would have cost us too much and told the people buying it what was going on and that they didn't have to pay anymore. After the discharge our atty told us to make them pay since we were paying for insurance. They refuse. Fast forward to now. We got foreclosure papers today on the house we are living in. Both houses have Chase mtg. Is there some way that i can answer that will require them to foreclose on the other house. The house we are living in is 6 years old and upside down about 10,000. The other house is in a bad area and upside down at least 30,000. Our bk atty said they probably never will foreclose on it because it isn't worth it. The ins. costs 61.58 per month. I just want to be done with it.
